Fleet Technician, Cascadia Mobility
Status: Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
Reports to: Operations Manager, Cascadia Mobility
Location: Eugene, OR
BACKGROUND & SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
A driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
The Fleet Technician team is nimble and tight-knit. Typical weekdays begin at 7:30 am. You’ll first use web-based map and data tools to make a list of rentable vehicles that need attention. Based on your list, you’ll build a route and select one of our fleet vehicles—from a van to e-trike—to complete your route. For the second part of your shift, you might return to the field for preventative maintenance or perform repairs in our shop.
Though no formal experience is required, mechanical aptitude, wayfinding, and computer literacy are strongly preferred. Our training program will cumulatively and comprehensively build your skill and confidence in mechanical service, hardware, and software.
Cascadia Mobility is a growing, dynamic organization; successful candidates will be team players with personal initiative and a positive attitude.
A NOTE ON COVID-19
All team members are required to comply with federal, state, and local guidelines for preventing the spread of respiratory disease. This includes wearing masks when appropriate, frequent handwashing, and maintaining up-to-date vaccination.
